The Process:

Made a 400x400 white background

Made a heart shape and began to give it some depth

Added depth stroke coloring and outerglow

Animated the heart to make it look like it is beating 

Gave it a background and some ribs as well as my blog address

How to Extract/Unzip a Win.rar File

1.  Go to this link http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and download WinRAR x64 (64 bit) 5.50 beta 2
2. Install win.rar
3. Get any Win.rar file and right click it and click open with win.rar 
4. Then click Extract to and click desktop
