1.  I liked the java-script coding that we did on khan academy as it was my introduction to coding and I also found it very interesting.
2. I kinda wish we had done more coding than we did as it was my favourite unit.

The Process:

Made a 400x400 white background

Made a heart shape and began to give it some depth

Added depth stroke coloring and outerglow

Animated the heart to make it look like it is beating

How to Extract/Unzip a Win.rar File

1.  Go to this link http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm and download WinRAR x64 (64 bit) 5.50 beta 2
2. Install win.rar
3. Get any Win.rar file and right click it and click open with win.rar

Game Journalism Day 5 - Predict and Play

In my about 50 minute time of play Subsistence I was actually surprised on how far I made it. Personally I thought I would'nt even get as wood foundation in time down but I was wrong.

I was actually able to build a wood foundation, wood wall and as well as a base command unit. I probably would've been able to craft a shotgun but I did'nt have enough metal.

Here is also my inventory not really anything special just thought I would show it 

Survival Guide

The First Day 

-On your first day the first thing your gonna wanna do is chop some wood at least enough for a campfire and also have about 7 logs as fuel for the night time.

-If you can collect even more wood for wooden planks as wooden planks will be used to make your base and you will need a good amount of them.

-Build a base command unit when you are ready you don't have to build it that early on I would say build a shotgun before building a base command unit.

-Save ashes as they are used for fetilizer later on in the game.

-Build a bow as quick as possible they are so good for collecting meat and cheap to make.

To craft a campfire you will need the following

-Shotgun

To make a shotgun you will need these items

7 scrap metal

5 wooden planks

-Health Kit

Some new tips I have are 

-Build a simple wood foundation and wood wall. After that build a base command unit as it lets you find your way back to your base.

-Wolves do end up stop running after so best thing to do is to just keep running.

- If you are not near your base when its about to turn night make a campfire because in this game you can die in the cold night if you only have starting clothing on.

(later in the game you can make warmer clothing)

-Wolves take 7 bullets to kill so if you have less just run away and don't bother with it.

-Make a shotgun once you have somewhat of a base setup as it 1 hits bears at close range as well as wolves and is very useful for collecting their pelts and meat.

One more thing is that this guide I found gave me about 10 more fps
